僕と妻のはる香は2泊3日の町内キャンプに来ている。話を聞いた時、インドア派の僕はやんわりと断ろうとしたのだが近所付き合いを大事にしたいという妻の意見を尊重して参加するハメになった。参加したものの活気な妻とは正反対に僕は疎外感が強かった。そしてオヤジ達にみるみるうちに酔い潰され、目が覚めたのは翌日の朝だった。不審に思った僕ははる香を問いただしたのだが、ずっと隣で寝ていたとはぐらかされてしまい…。
