郊外のマンションで静かに暮らす冴えないサラリーマン・吉野。ある日、隣の部屋に派手なヤンキー風のギャル・りりが引っ越してくる。最初は関わるとめんどくさい隣人だ思い、意識的に避けていた吉野だったが、ある日、部屋に出たゴキブリに悲鳴を上げるりりを助けたことから、ふたりの距離は一気に縮まっていく。「…色々と親切にしてくれたお礼、しとくから」そう言って吉野の部屋に上がりこむりりは、入り浸るようになり、言動はツンツンしながらも吉野の世話を焼き、時には甘えてくる。そして吉野がそのギャップに抗えなくなった時、りりはマンコを開くのだった。
